Baby-Led Studio Session
Your session is guided by your baby. Most newborn minis flow in around 30 minutes, with up to an hour set aside so nothing ever feels rushed.
Beautifully Styled, Family Included
Soft wraps, bonnets, baskets, florals and props are all provided. A family portion is included so you leave with portraits of baby alone and with you.

Where Is The Studio?
The studio is in Coorparoo, a quiet inner-south suburb of Brisbane just a few minutes from the CBD. Parking is easy and the exact address will be sent to you once your session is confirmed.
When Is The Best Age For A Newborn Mini Session?
Five to fourteen days is the sweet spot for the classic wrapped, sleepy, curled-up newborn poses. If your baby is a little older, the session is still beautiful, the feel of the images simply shifts: more alert eyes, more awake expressions, still tender and timeless.
Can I Book Before My Baby Is Born?
Absolutely, and it is the best way to secure your spot. When you book, simply choose the date closest to your due date as a guide. It is completely flexible: once your baby arrives, just let me know and we will lock in the final session date together, ideally within those first two weeks. Your deposit carries across, so there is nothing to lose by booking early.
What If My Baby Is Unsettled Or Unwell?
Completely normal and nothing to worry about. Newborn sessions are baby-led, with all the time we need for feeds, settling and plenty of cuddles. And if your baby, or anyone at home, is unwell on the day, we will simply reschedule at no extra cost. There is never any pressure.
What Do I Need To Bring?
Just yourselves and your baby, plus a fresh nappy and a feed if you would like one mid-session. The studio is climate controlled and stocked with a carefully curated collection of wraps, bonnets, baskets and florals, so everything you need is here.
Can I Be In The Photos With My Baby?
Yes. A family portion is included in every newborn mini, so you will leave with portraits of baby on their own and with parents (and siblings, if you would like them included). Please mention any sibling or partner attendance when you book.
How Long Until I Get My Photos?
Your private gallery is ready within 3 to 4 weeks, and sometimes sooner. The little extra time means I can hand-edit your images and prepare a small finishing touch to send with your gallery.
How Does Payment Work?
$100 holds your date and time. The remaining $199 is due 7 days before your session. If you book within 7 days of your session date, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
